Golden, in every sense of the word.

This is a fantastic work. From the colours, to the rays of light, the shadows and silhouettes, and the crisp detail of the far background.

The title was perfect for this, as the person sitting in an awkward position indicates not only his / her loneliness but also how awkward and unwanted this feeling is.

This reminds me of the idea of being trapped in another persons paradise, which also fits in well with the title. This person wants more than the beauty of nature, this person wants the beauty of people.

I applaud you for this photograph, it truly is inspiring.
